Harriet Ennis from Bootham School, York, was the BPS Psychology Teacher of the Year 2025. In this workshop, she shares evidence-based life hacks to raise academic buoyancy. You will take away ideas and practical tips to improve student (and teacher!) success. She collates top tips from Positive Psychology and pedagogical research that promote student attainment, wellbeing, and psychological literacy.
