Title: Challenging Bias: Raising Awareness
In this workshop, Patrick will explore practical and reflective ways to embed awareness of cultural and gender bias into the curriculum. Using examples from teaching and learning practice, they will examine hidden assumptions and norms. The session aims to support the development of inclusive pedagogical practices that promote diversity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging.
