Peter Radford

Peter Radford is a former Assistant Headteacher and now a speaker, trainer, author and consultant who works with schools, businesses and organisations to transform culture and challenge harmful social norms. He is the author of Love Teaching, Keep Teaching and has just finished writing his second book Every Single Human addressing discrimination in schools. His talk will explore practical ways to challenge and reshape harmful attitudes toward masculinity and misogyny, encouraging students to examine assumptions, question stereotypes, and recognise how unconscious bias influences everyday interactions.
