We are delighted to invite you to this year's Annual AVS Conference & Awards Dinner, a a celebration of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in academic venues. Mark your calendars for Thursday 4th and Friday 5th December 2025 as we gather at the picturesque Ashorne Hill, near Leamington Spa.

Honouring tradition, the conference will feature the 45th AGM on the afternoon of 4th December 2025, alongside an inspiring lineup of keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and dynamic discussion groups. We have a study tour planned for the day before the conference along with an interactive session and an evening to network, so be sure to book for the pre-conference too!
