His career began in the financial services sector, where he led national teams at Allianz and NFU Mutual, shaping high-performance cultures. As the founder of his own consultancy, he partnered with PwC and their audit clients, delivering bespoke learning solutions that made a measurable difference. Before joining Ashorne Hill, Rich took on the global challenge of redesigning Jaguar Land Rover’s retailer sales training, an ambitious project that showcased his ability to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across borders.
