Title: CEM in the symptomatic setting: A practical approach

The use of contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM) can lead to improvements in diagnostic accuracy by increasing sensitivity and specificity compared to standard mammography with current evidence suggesting that CEM can deliver similar diagnostic performance to breast MRI. Women can achieve significant benefits with CEM integrated routinely into a ‘One-Stop’ symptomatic breast clinic with triple assessment (clinical examination, imaging and biopsy) carried out during a single clinic visit.
