At last, we are making our way back to the northeast. We are delighted to be visiting the Glasshouse International Centre for Music in Newcastle/Gateshead for this event. 

Our local organising committee, led by Jaime Candal-Couto and with Rajesh Nanda, Aparna Viswanath, Jagiannath Chakravarthy, Fiona Ashton and David Annison, look forward to welcoming you to this architecturally impressive venue, surrounded by hotels to suit all budgets and easily located near to the airport and rail networks.

We are excited to announce that this year we will be joined by a delegation from Spain, through the Society ‘La Sociedad Española de Cirugía de Hombro y Codo’ (SECHC). The President of SECHC, Fernando Santana will be accompanied by Emilio Calvo, Antonio Foruria, Yaiza Lópiz, Abdul-ilah Hachem and Fernando Marco. We look forward to this wonderful opportunity to collaborate as they get involved in all aspects of our programme.

The Instructional Course will be taking place on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, focusing on trauma. As last year, we have increased the capacity of this course so that more delegates than ever will be able to take advantage of this excellent learning opportunity. The Annual Scientific Meeting will follow, taking place on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 June 2025. You will find you regular favourites in our busy programme with some sessions containing a little extra content too.
