It is my great pleasure to welcome delegates to BSBR 2023 in Belfast. As a proud Fermanagh man I am confident you will experience a warm welcome here in Northern Ireland. The BSBR last crossed the Irish Sea in 2017 when Croke Park in Dublin hosted the ASM. 

This year we move from a world famous sporting venue to a world famous visitor attraction: Titanic Belfast. This modern venue, steeped in history, with fantastic facilities will create a wonderful setting which will enrich our ASM experience.
