Title: Targeted Axillary Dissection – a tad complicated?

De-escalation of surgery is important to reduce the long term consequences for patients of breast cancer treatment. Radiology with neoadjuvant chemotherapy has the potential to reduce the breast volume removed at surgery. Could they work together to reduce the surgery needed in the axilla? What do we know, what do we need to know and how can we move forward?
