Title: Building and maintaining a healthy department culture
Why does it matter?
What makes a good team and what is a healthy culture?
Why do things go wrong?
How do you recognise a healthy (or unhealthy) culture?
What can any of us do to improve the culture in our workplace?
These questions will all be addressed. You will be invited to conduct a mental health check of your own department and practical suggestions will be made for solutions to problems which are commonly encountered.
