Libby Loftus

Libby Loftus joined Barts Health NHS Trust as an Advanced Practitioner Radiographer in 2022 and has recently completed an MSc in Advanced Breast Imaging as part of her progression toward a Consultant Radiographer role. During her time at Barts, she has developed a strong interest in research projects and advanced imaging techniques, playing a pivotal role in helping to introduce CEM-guided VAB procedures. Alongside her clinical work, she has a keen interest in education and knowledge sharing, having participated in the organisation and delivery of successful breast biopsy and interventional study days at Barts. She is passionate about her clinical role and particularly enjoys the transition into consultancy practice. Committed to continuous learning, she is always keen to share knowledge, practical tips and experience with colleagues to support both professional development and patient care.
