Mina Taghavi

I am Mina Taghavi a Senior Cinical Breast Fellow at Cambridge University Hospital with over a decade of postgraduate experience in diagnostic imaging. I obtained my MD from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in Iran followed by specialty training in Diagnostic Radiology, achieving board certification with distinction. After FRCR , I obtained Specialist Registration via CESR in 2023 working in a number of London hospitals. 

My clinical practice includes a wide range of imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, US , mammography, breast MRI, and image-guided biopsies. In addition to my clinical work, I am engaged in teaching, research, and quality improvement projects. I am contributed to multiple audits and educational initiatives, supporting both trainees and multidisciplinary teams.

I am looking forward to delivering the lecture on training and fellowships in breast imaging at this conference as I feel I  have a  diverse and progressive experience in training from Iran and the UK
