BUILDING A CARING WORK CULTURE - WELLBEING FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFESSIONALS
Wellbeing is fundamental to everything we are and everything we do at work, as well as outside of work. The webinar is aimed to open up discussion on the workforce needs for sustainable wellbeing within new emerging contexts to deliver on effective and safe psychological services. It will launch the Wellbeing Impact Statement (click here to view it.) and Wellbeing Virtual Hub developed by the DCP Resetting the Balance Project jointly led by the DCP Leadership & Management Faculty and New Savoy Conference.
The event aims to have senior representation from the four nations, and the professional bodies. It is for professionals who are interested in workplace wellbeing and who want to be part of the Collaborative Learning Network (CLaN). It will look at strategic challenges with the context of Covid and consider how we work together across professional networks to come through the crisis more resilient and better aware that wellbeing matters for all.
