Catherine Steele is associate professor and academic director for postgraduate psychology at the University of Leicester. Catherine is interested in workplace health and wellbeing and what constitutes a healthy working environment. Catherine is also a coaching psychologist and the research officer for the Special Group in Coaching Psychology.
