Dr Gail Steptoe-Warren is Head of School - Psychology and is an Occupational Psychologist registered with the Health Care Professions' Council. Gail has worked with the BPS for many years including being Chief assessor, as well as currently Co-Chief Supervisor/Registrar. She is also Chair of the Supervision Review Training Group who have developed and launched new supervisor training which is the first e-learning package developed by the BPS.

Abstract
The Qualification in Occupational Psychology (Stage 2_ (2019) was launched in March 2019 as the new qualification to become a full member of the Division of Occupational Psychology, Chartered and be able to apply to the Health Care Profession's Council to become a Practitioner Occupational Psychologist. The QOP (Stage 2) (2019) is predicated on four Standards, set by the British Psychological Society, which underpin all activities undertaken by a competent, independent occupational psychology practitioner.
