Helen Baron is a Chartered Psychologist with over 30 years’ experience in the design and implementation of effective selection and assessment systems. A leading UK psychometrician, she has developed many original tests and questionnaires. Her international experience includes working in Israel for 6 years. She has been visiting professor at the Tallinn University of Technology. Her international committee work includes General Secretary of EAWOP, EFPA Board of Assessment and member of the expert committee revising the assessment standard ISO 10667.
