Sakshi works as a Consultant at Saville Assessment. She moved from India to the UK in 2018 to finish her master's degree in MSc. Occupational Psychology from University of Nottingham. At the age of 17, she founded Project LEAP, a social service project with 300+ volunteers committed to providing quality education across the world. She was awarded the World UNESCO Kindness Leader and published three research papers before finishing university. Her current role requires her to understand and recommend best psychometric solutions to her clients. Along with this, her key interests are traveling, motorbiking and advising start-ups on strategy building.
