Chartered and Registered Psychologist and Chartered Fellow CIPD with 30 years’ experience across HR, Organisation Development and Organisational Psychology. Main interests are in organisation design, organisational change, performance management and learning and development. Final year Doctoral student in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London researching employee participation in organisational restructuring. Have been based in Saudi Arabia for the last 5 years as Head of Organisation Design and Workforce Planning at KAUST, a postgraduate research university.
