16 - 17 DECEMBER 2020, VIRTUAL CONFERENCE
The Division of Sport and Exercise Psychology's inaugural virtual conference will focus on the future of the profession, both in research and applied practice as we move beyond the unprecedented events of 2020.
Consisting of Keynote speakers, symposiums and pre-recorded presentations, the two day conference will include talks on the impact and implications of COVID-19 and lockdown on physical activity levels of the general population; how sport psychologists have supported elite athletes during the COVID-19 pandemic; and how to steer our profession to become more inclusive and promote diversity.
The virtual conference will also include the division's AGM. Five minute presentations by students and trainees will be available to watch prior to the conference, with an award given to the best presentation.
