Rick Papandrea

Dr. Rick Papandrea is an orthopedic surgeon specializing exclusively in shoulder and elbow care. A Wisconsin native, he returned home after completing his residency at Mt. Sinai in Cleveland and fellowships at Harvard and the Mayo Clinic. With over 26 years in practice, Dr. Papandrea focuses on complex elbow and shoulder reconstruction, and is particularly interested in leveraging technology for physician collaboration and case sharing. In addition to his U.S.-based work, he considers his “remote practice” to be in Soddo, Ethiopia, where he regularly volunteers at Soddo Christian Hospital. He and his wife Tracy have been married for 32 years and are the proud parents of four young adults.
