Dr. Shawn W. O'Driscoll, MD, PhD is internationally recognized for his pioneering work in elbow biomechanics, surgical innovation, and joint preservation. As a consultant orthopedic surgeon at Mayo Clinic, his research has shaped modern approaches to radial head prosthesis design, arthroscopic and open elbow surgery, and rehabilitation through continuous passive motion. He has treated thousands of patients with complex elbow conditions and remains a leading authority on minimally invasive techniques for arthritis and post-traumatic reconstruction.
