INTERDISCIPLINARY BEHAVIOURAL MEDICINE:
SYSTEMS, NETWORKS & INTERVENTIONS
16th International Congress of Behavioural Medicine (ICBM)

7th - 11th JUNE 2021, VIRTUAL CONFERENCE

Presenting at ICBM 21

The event will run with Keynotes and Symposia being presented live, these will be recorded so they can be re-watched post event.

For all other presentations, please read the below guide for information on your presentation:

Oral presentation

These presentations will be pre-recorded with the opportunity for live Q&A and you will be able to reply either on screen or with a typed response.

Please record your presentation and send this to us.  It can be an absolute maximum of 12 minutes long to allow for to 2 minutes of Q&A and 1 minute transition between presentations.  Must be done in landscape layout.  Please note that you are able to reply to Q&A with a typed response either at the time of the session or afterwards. Full details can be found in the attached guidelines.

Posters

This will be a static poster and you will be allocated a specific poster session during the week (confirmation of this will be sent out by the end of March).  You are able to reply to Q&A on your poster with a typed response and you can do this throughout the event as well as during your allocated poster session.

Please note that posters need to be in landscape layout and saved as a PDF.  They must be no larger than 5mb so they can be uploaded to the site.  Full details can be found in the attached guidelines.

At the end of the event, all content will be viewable for up to one month following the close of the event.  This means that whilst you will have to choose a session during the event week, you will be able to view any clashing sessions for up to one month following the close of the event and we think this offers even more value for your registration fee.

Finally and probably most importantly to be included in the event, no later than 23.59 on Friday 30th April, you will need to:    Have registered to attend the event

- Providing you have registered by Friday 30th April, we are extending the deadline to send your recording or PDF to us to be uploaded into the event until 23.59 on Friday 14th May.

Failure to do the above will see you removed from the programme and the timelines have been set due to the time it takes to build the virtual event.  The reason you need to register in time is to enable to the virtual event platform to be built so you can be attached to your session.

Please note after this deadline, we cannot accept amendments to your poster, presentation or video.
