The NAPEP Executive Committee look forward to welcoming you to our annual conference online. Come and join us to engage in reflective learning and consider key issues for the management and delivery of EP Services.
Our online conference is open to Principal, Senior and Specialist Senior EPs. The theme is inspiring current and future leaders of the profession. Becoming a PEP does not mean that we leave Psychology behind; indeed the application of psychology is more important than ever!
We will explore the Psychology employed by leaders of EP Services, recognising how we promote and support resilience for everyone. Over the past year, EP Services shown more than ever that we can provide support, advice and guidance at a local, regional and national level. We want to illuminate the sphere of influence that PEPs and EP Services have within their own teams, across other systems and across Local Authorities. Our key note speaker is Vikki Jervis, Principal Educational Psychologist in Bristol, who will share some excellent leadership resources, that take us from TEP to PEP. In addition, colleagues from around the country will be running workshops to share aspects of their leadership roles and how Psychology motivates and informs their work.
