Achieving and Thriving:
Leading the profession to support the ambition

Educational Psychology Services are brimming with the expertise, the knowledge and the skills needed to support the Secretary of State’s ambition for all learners to both achieve and thrive. We acknowledge our professions desire to tackle the inequalities that have arisen due to child poverty, the SEND crisis, social and emotional drivers in school non-attendance, and the increase in mental health needs for our children and families. At this time of government change and re-calibration of education, social care, and health, it is important that as leaders of the profession we are fully versed on the direction of travel the government sets.  We are on the cusp of many developments, changes, and innovations. It is crucial that PEPs and their Senior leadership teams plan how best to position local authority Educational Psychology Services to maximise the opportunity for systemic impact for children and families.

Join us with your leadership team to share, connect and influence. Over the day we will hear about the developments in the approach to SEND and work together as service leaders in exploring potential solutions such as the use of Artificial Intelligence and the EP workforce development.

We hope that our keynote speakers and workshops will inspire your thinking, galvanise our direction and support you to lead services that showcase the value of Educational Psychology Services.
