Principal Educational Psychologists are being asked to navigate unprecedented complexity - and to do so with clarity, courage, and practical impact. Getting from A to B: leading the EP profession into a new landscape invites Principal EPs, and their senior leadership teams to be ready to influence the changes that are to come following the Schools White Paper and the SEND Reforms, Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill, and the Families First for Children social care reforms.

At this event we will be making explicit how together we will reposition the profession for the work it can - and urgently needs - to do: from identifying need earlier by working with systems to evidencing progress that matters for children, families, and settings.
