Wednesday 8 September - Thursday 9 September 2021
09.00 -17.00 - 8th September 09.00 -17.00 - 9th September
Virtual Conference
Due to the ongoing restriction and disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic rather than postpone the Psychology of Education Section Annual Conference for another year the 2021 conference will be held online. We will be delighted to received submissions related to the conference theme (the research-practice synergy) as well as the psychology of education more generally.
Keynote addresses will be presented by Professor Tina Hascher (Institute of Education Science, Bern University) and Dr Alice Jones-Bartoli (Department of Psychology, Goldsmiths, University of London). Professor Peter Blatchford (The Institute of Education, University College London) will deliver the Vernon-Wall lecture.
2021 marks the fortieth anniversary of the Vernon-Wall lecture series. This anniversary will be celebrated with a discussion by four of the previous Vernon-Wall speakers on the achievements and prospects of the psychology of education.
In all, 2021 promises to be an exciting conference. We hope you will be joining us.
