What does my registration include?
Your registration includes access to all of the Conference sessions, App, and refreshments, including lunch.
Do I need to pay to attend?
Yes, you will need to pay to attend the Conference. Attendance fees are currently to be confirmed.
If you have registered at the member rate, a valid membership must be held at the time of booking and the conference.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is included in the full package, if you would like to stay the night prior this is an optional extra that can be booked via the registration form. Subject to availability.
Is car parking available on site?
Car parking at The Jubilee Hotel is free of charge when on site, should there be no spaces in the car park you will be provided with a parking permit which will give you access to park in any of the University car parks. This will be made available with the final details.
Dress Code
As Thursday 7th December is Christmas Jumper Day, we would love for you to wear your best Christmas Jumper and support your chosen charity.
Travel to the Conference
Please check travel status before starting your journey as we are understand rail strikes may affect your travels to the conference.
