Submission and Presentations

Will I receive email confirmation of my proposal?
Your confirmation of submitting your proposal will be sent to you via email. If you need a copy of this for your records, you should print or save this. You will be able to amend your submission up to the date stated.

How are the proposals reviewed?
Proposal are reviewed by the AVS organising committee.

What is the word limit for my proposal?
Up to 250 words, exclusive of the title. 

Registration

What does my registration include?
Your registration includes access to all of the conference sessions, conference App, refreshments including lunch and accommodation (if selected).

Do I need to pay to attend?
Yes, all delegates, including those presenting have to pay to attend the Academic Venue Solutions Annual Conference.
