What does my registration include?
Your registration includes access to all of the Conference sessions, the Conference App, refreshments, including lunch and gala dinner and accommodation at the HQ Park Plaza Hotel for the conference night only.
Do I need to pay to attend?
Yes, you will need to pay to attend the Conference at the correct rate.
If you have registered at the member rate, a valid membership must be held at the time of booking and attending the conference.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is included in the full package for Thursday night only, if you would like to stay the night prior this is an optional extra that can be booked via the registration form. Subject to availability.
Please book your accommodation early to ensure you stay at the HQ Park Plaza Hotel.
Is car parking available on site?
There is no car parking available on site however there are car parks nearby, we would encourage you to use public or another mode of transport where possible.
There are several car parks in the area, Q-Park Sovereign Square (LS1 4AG) or Q-Park Albion Street, (LS1 5JS), both located approximately a 6 minute walk away from the venue.
Train to the Conference
Leeds Train Station exit on Quebec Street is a minutes walk to Cloth Hall Court and 2 minutes to the HQ Park Plaza Hotel.
