Title: Brand me, if you can. A personal branding workshop

What makes you stand out? You may spend years building expertise through research, clinical practice, teaching, leadership and collaboration. But expertise does not automatically translate into reputation.

In a professional environment where attention is scarce and digital channels increasingly shape how people encounter expertise, they look for signals, prompt AI and join the dots. The narrative around who you are is no longer shaped by you alone.

The question then becomes: how much of that narrative can you actively shape?

"Brand me, if you can" is an interactive, hands-on workshop exploring how professional identity becomes reputation. Moving beyond self-promotion, we will examine personal branding as a way of making expertise easier to recognise, understand and trust.

Through practical exercises and challenges, we will identify the combination of expertise, experience and perspective that makes your contribution distinctive. We will explore what your professional and digital presence communicates, intentionally or otherwise, and connect your expertise, narrative and visibility across academic, clinical and digital environments.

You will leave with a clearer understanding of what you want to be known for, together with practical ways to communicate it.

Your expertise is yours. Your reputation is co-created. You are the orchestrator."
