CASES Conference Support Grants

CASES Conference Grants aim to assist researchers to present at the CASES Conference. Ten grants are available, five for CASES members (regulated or non-regulated) and five for CASES Student or Graduate members.

The value of the grant is the price of conference registration for both days of the conference. Click here for further details.

Journal of Sports Sciences

All accepted conference abstracts will be published in an online supplement of the Journal of Sports Sciences. Free-access will be available upon publication of the supplement, until 31 August 2026, at www.tandfonline.com/rjsp. From 1 September 2026 onwards, CASES members, (who may not already have access via their institution) can gain online access to the supplement, as well as the current volume of the Journal of Sports Sciences, by subscribing at the discounted rate of: £80 for regular member; and £40 for student members.

Conference Awards

The CASES Conference awards seek to reward outstanding contributions to sport and exercise sciences by conference delegates. Awards are presented for presentations (Free Communication, 5 Slides in 5 Minutes, and Poster) within Student, Early Career Researcher, and Professional categories.

All abstracts will be automatically considered for a relevant award. The Awards Panel will shortlist presentations for these awards based on the scientific merit of the abstracts.

Awards will be presented at the closing address of the Conference.
