Abstract, Submission and Presentations

Will I receive email confirmation of my abstract submission?
Your confirmation of submitting your abstract will be sent to you via email. If you need a copy of this for your records, you should print or save this. You will be able to amend your submission up to the date stated.

How are submissions reviewed?
Abstracts are reviewed anonymously by the CFSGBI organising committee against the reviewing guidelines.

Are papers published in conference proceedings?
The accepted abstracts are published in the Annual Scientific Meeting programme which is given to each delegate, we currently do not publish full papers.

What is the word limit for abstracts?
All submission abstracts should be up to 300 words, exclusive of the title.


What does my registration include?
Your registration includes access to all of the conference sessions, conference programme, refreshments including lunch. You can book an all inclusive package to include the CEN day or separately. 

It does not include accommodation or dinner but these can be added as extras. 

Do I need to pay to attend?
Yes, all delegates, including those presenting an oral or a poster have to pay to attend the Annual Scientific Meeting.
