Navya Anand

Trainee Clinical Psychologist

Navya is a final year Trainee Clinical Psychologist at UCL who has been working with the DCP Public Health & Prevention sub-committee since March 2020. Navya has an interest in applying approaches and techniques from clinical psychology to organisational settings, for example through reflective practice and consultation relating to mental health and wellbeing initiatives. Navya is also keen to consider the ways that systemic theory and practice can be used to inform wide-scale top-down interventions in the preventative field.


Jenny Chigwende

CAMHS Clinician

Jenny is a CAMHS Clinician and Winston Churchill Fellow who works in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service in London. Her main interests are in working with children and young people in the care system and culturally appropriate therapy. She is the health lead for W12 Together, the White City and Wormholt Big Local where they are working together with local residents and local health professionals to offer culturally informed and culturally appropriate healthcare, that also includes third sector providers as well as the NHS.





Joana Faustino

Work Psychologist

Joana is a chartered psychologist who is passionate about creating healthy workplaces. With over 10 years’ experience she has provided mental health support, consultation and training to a variety of professionals, including frontline rail workers and leaders. 

She is the senior work psychologist for RSSB and currently leads work on mental wellbeing, and work-related violence and trauma. 


Michelle O'Sullivan

Clinical Psychologist

Michelle is a clinical psychologist and lead for health and wellbeing at the Rail Safety and Standards Board. Guided by the needs of the rail industry, her work focuses on the assessment and management of trauma and psychosocial hazards in the workplace, and coordinating a programme of wider health activities to protect the workforce. She is responsible for consolidating current industry practice, sharing knowledge about what works, and providing consultancy to the industry on mental wellbeing.


Richard Slinger

Clinical Psychologist

Richard is a clinical psychologist and clinical tutor on the Lancaster DClinPsy programme. 

After 14 years working in NHS CAMHS settings, Richard now leads a service funded by the Local Authority Public Health department providing training and support to schools and colleges, aimed at improving teachers’ understanding and skills around supporting pupils’ mental health needs.
