Our applied work can be a fantastic means of connecting and communicating and as a result of our experiences, reflect our way of working through unique perspectives and opportunities. We should always strive to use these to let others frame their own best story rather than tell what to do and how to do it. In this keynote lecture, Ian will talk about the importance of more signal in applied work – work that connects, has more humanity, and more soul. Having been involved in a number of major international football tournaments, Ian will provide insight into the social fabric of teams and possible ways of working to create competitive advantage through a performance culture.
