Coach yourself out of Covid

To give participants the most lifelike coaching experience to apply to themselves, Alison and Tia will jointly run a coaching session. Participants are invited to present the issues that concern them so that Alison and Tia can demonstrate by coaching each other how that person might apply coaching psychology to support their own release from the limitations covid restrictions have placed on their lives. Technology permitting they may be able to engage directly with participants to this session.
