What does my registration include?

Your registration includes access to all of the Conference sessions, App, and refreshments, including lunch.

Do I need to pay to attend?

Yes, you will need to pay to attend the Conference. Attendance fees are currently to be confirmed.

If you have registered at the member rate, a valid membership must be held at the time of booking and the conference.

Is accommodation included?

Accommodation is an optional extra that can be booked via the registration form. Subject to availability.

How can I find out if I or my organisation are members? 

Is car parking available on site?

Car parking at The Quays is free of charge when on site. Please provide your vehicle registration number to the hotel reception upon arrival. If you do not have accommodation booked at the venue, you cannot leave your car parked there overnight.
