MOVING ONLINE: DELIVERING PERINATAL THERAPIES IN A PANDEMIC AND BEYOND - PART 1

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, perinatal services have needed to adapt to remote delivery of most interventions. This webinar presents top tips and insider insights for delivering a range of individual and group delivered psychological interventions online during the perinatal period. Presentations cover Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Video Interaction Guidance (VIG). Expert by Experience perspectives and case examples will be shared as well as data collected for evaluation.

The learning outcomes of the Webinar will aim to develop awareness of issues and themes to consider when delivering psychological interventions remotely. Develop knowledge and skills relating to the delivery of perinatal-specific interventions. To reflect on, and learn from Experts by Experience, case examples and evaluation data relating to a new mode of delivery developed during the pandemic.

The presentations will each draw on clinical experiences of delivering interventions remotely within perinatal services. They will present evaluation data collated to evaluate impact and efficacy, as well the lived experience of engaging with these interventions from Experts by Experience.

This is Part 1 of the Webinar, Part 2 is the 13th July 2021, 12:00 - 14:00. You can attend either or both.
