Submitting Presenter Information

Submitter Presenter Guidelines:
Oral Presentation
Poster Presentation

NEW FOR 2026: Posters will be printed by the event team. Previously, posters were located in the centre of the exhibition hall. However, under the ABPI Code, access to the exhibition is restricted to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Other Relevant Decision Makers (ORDMs). For 2026, the poster boards will form the perimeter of the exhibition area, with each poster displayed on both sides. This layout ensures that individuals who are not permitted to enter the exhibition area can still view the posters.

Lay Summary: As patient representatives will participate in the judging, all posters should include a panel containing a lay summary of the study. This should describe the purpose of the study, mention the methodology used, highlight the main findings and the conclusion in a language understandable for a lay audience.

Key Dates
1 December 2025:
Presenter registration deadline
5 January 2026: Deadline for posters to be sent to ukibcs@kc-jones.co.uk for printing (more details in the presentation guidelines).
