Will I receive email confirmation of my abstract submission?

Your confirmation of submitting your abstract will be sent to you via email. If you need a copy of this for your records, you should print or save this.

When will posters be displayed?
Poster presenters are requested to display their poster for the duration of the conference, where possible. Digital version will also be available via the app, where provided.

How are submissions reviewed?
Abstracts are reviewed anonymously by members of the LOC, SPC and UKSBM Exec committee.

Are papers published in conference proceedings?
The accepted abstracts are published in the Annual Scientific Meeting programme which is given to each delegate, we currently do not publish full papers.

Will there be late breaking submissions?
There are no current plans to consider late breaking submissions.

Registrations

What does my registration include?
Your registration includes access to all of the academic conference sessions, conference programme, App, refreshments including lunch. 

Do I need to pay to attend?
Yes, all delegates, including those presenting an oral or a poster have to pay to attend the Annual Scientific Meeting.
