The BASES Conference Grants aim to assist researchers to present free communications at the BASES Conference. Five grants of up to £399 are available to BASES members.
Awards
BASES Conference Awards seek to reward outstanding contributions to sport and exercise sciences by BASES members. Awards are presented for research (free communication presentation and poster presentation) in student and non-student categories.
All abstracts are automatically considered for any relevant awards and authors do not need to apply to be considered for an award.

One award of £500 (half cash/half book tokens) for the best free communication presentation demonstrating outstanding impacts in terms of reach and significance made by a BASES professional, graduate or overseas member. - Sportesse Sport and Exercise Science Free Communication Presentation Award
A £500 cash prize for the best free communication presentation on sport and exercise science made by a BASES professional or overseas member. - BASES Sport and Exercise Science 5 Slides in 5 Minutes Free Communication Presentation Award
£500 (half cash/half BASES vouchers) for the best 5 slides in 5 minutes free communication presentation on sport and exercise science by a professional, graduate or overseas member. - Routledge Recently Qualified Researcher Free Communication Presentation Award
A prize of £500 (half cash/half book tokens) to the best free communication presentation given by a recently qualified researcher (BASES member). - Cranlea Poster Presentation Award
One award of a Polar Heart Rate Monitor for the best poster presentation made by a BASES professional or overseas member.
