Chris Littlewood

Chris is a Professor of Rehabilitation at the University of Salford, Manchester, and honorary Professor of Musculoskeletal Research at University Hospitals Derby & Burton NHS Foundation Trust. He has published over 130 peer-reviewed research papers and has been awarded over £8 million pounds in research grant income. His research is currently focused on understanding the lived experience of people with musculoskeletal pain conditions, including people with shoulder and elbow pain, their information needs, and incorporating shared decision-making into the development and testing of treatments and rehabilitation programmes. He is an honorary fellow of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Associate Editor for Musculoskeletal Science & Practice.
