The Dakota Hotel will be the headquarters for the BESS council.  It is located  approximately 10-15 minute walk from the Glasshouse via the millennium bridge.

The Civic Centre, a prominent landmark in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne, will host the conference dinner on the evening of 25 June 2026. Its striking architecture provides a fitting setting for the occasion.
