Dr Fraser Philp is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Liverpool and Emeritus Chair of the Clinical Movement Analysis Society of the UK and Ireland. He is a clinical academic with research interests in applied clinical rehabilitation, biomechanics and control of human movement. He originally trained as a clinical physiotherapist, completing his PhD at Keele University. He has since developed technical skills in advanced assessment and personalised treatment planning in people with disordered control using 3D movement analysis and musculoskeletal modelling.
His most recent work involves measurement and evaluation of treatment for upper limb pain and function in complex neurological disorders and evaluation of assistive technologies for rehabilitation.
