Helen Tunnicliffe

Helen Tunnicliffe is a Consultant and Advanced Practice Physiotherapist with a specialist interest in the upper limb, from the University Hospitals of Leicester.  She has over 20 years of clinical experience, working in secondary care and leading an upper limb intermediate care service, and is a member of BESS council (AHP representative).  She is currently undertaking a Doctoral Clinical Academic Fellowship funded by the NIHR at the University of Leicester, looking to improve care for patients who have sustained a proximal humerus fracture that is managed conservatively, title ‘Patient led earlier mobilisation in COnservatively managed Proximal humErus fractures: COPE’
