Tash is an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner working at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Trust specialising in non-operative management of shoulder and elbow conditions, with particular expertise in acromioclavicular joint and rotator cuff injuries, and shared decision-making for patients not suitable for surgery. She has led NHS service innovations to streamline shoulder pathways and is an active member of the BESS Clinical Guideline Group, contributing to national rehabilitation guidance following arthroscopic stabilisation. A recipient of the 2023 BESS Travelling Fellowship, she has developed national and international collaborations focused on optimising conservative care and has led and contributed to peer-reviewed publications on rehabilitation practice, shared decision-making, and service delivery in shoulder care. As a Principal Investigator on multiple NIHR-funded shoulder trials and an Associate Editor for Shoulder & Elbow, she works closely with orthopaedic surgeons and AHPs to translate evidence into practical, patient-centred management strategies for complex shoulder presentations.
