Bio
Dr Taylor Bunce is a Principal Lecturer for Student Experience at Oxford Brookes University. She is also a Chartered Psychologist and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She began her career as a developmental psychologist, and now uses psychology to lead educational change across the higher education sector. Her work includes challenging students' identities as consumers, and developing anti-racist pedagogy (see www.brookes.ac.uk/SIIP for resources). Her work was recently commended with a Braveheart award by the University Alliance, and she was a finalist in the Higher Education Psychology Teacher of the Year 2020-21 award. She is co-editor of Psychology Teaching Review, published by the BPS Division of Academics, Researchers, and Teachers in Psychology.
