Awards

During the Conference, we will be recognising individuals through the following awards:

Distinguished Scientist Award

This award recognises a distinguished career as a leader in the field of behavioural medicine. Recipients have made several outstanding theoretical or empirical contributions to the science of behavioural medicine.

Early Career Scientist Award

This award recognises an important contribution to the science of behavioural medicine at an early career stage.

Outstanding Investigator Award

This award recognises an outstanding contribution by an investigator to the science of behavioural medicine

Distinguished Service Award

This award recognises a distinguished career in the field of behavioural medicine. Recipients have made contributions at national level to the development of behavioural medicine.

Delegates will be asked to submit their considerations for nominations through a link that is included in the confirmation of registration email.

Awards will also be given for the following: 

• Highest scoring oral presentation abstracts
• Best poster prize
