Max is a Senior Lecturer in Behavioural Science at the University of Bath whose research is on human motivation and health behaviour change. In particular, Max is interested in improving the quality of life for an ageing population and the role that digital technologies play in modifying or facilitating healthy (or unhealthy) lifestyle behaviours such as regular physical activity.
