I am a research fellow in the Health Protection Research Unit in Behavioural Science and Evaluation at the University of Bristol. I am a behavioural scientist with expertise in health psychology, intervention development and qualitative research methods. I am particularly interested in how we develop public health interventions with people from underrepresented communities. Much of my work focuses on developing interventions to support infection control (vaccine uptake and sexual health) and physical activity.
Prior to joining the University of Bristol, I was a research fellow at the University of Exeter. Initially, I was part of the School for Public Health Research and subsequently part of the Children’s Health and Exercise Research Centre. I also completed my PhD at the University of Exeter in the department of Primary Care.
