The following registrations fees apply to BESS/SECHC Members AHP/Trainee Surgeon and Surgeons as detailed below. We encourage Non-members to join BESS in advance of their registration to access reduced Member rates, details can be found here on the BESS website.
We accept payment via invoice to your Organisation or Company. Please see the details at the bottom of this page of how to do this. (each Organisation may differ). Please note payment will be made to the Conference Organiser, KC Jones and not directly to BESS.

Paying
via invoice
If you would like your Organisation to pay via invoice, please follow these steps to ensure an efficient payment process:
- Contact your finance or procurement department to raise
a Purchase Order (PO).
- A purchase order is a document that shows an organisation’s intention to pay for goods or services from a supplier, in this case that is KC Jones conference&events Ltd (the Conference organiser for BESS).
- If your finance department does not have KC Jones set up as a supplier on their system, KC Jones will need to complete a ‘New Supplier Form’ that your finance department will supply. Please forward that to: accounts@kc-jones.co.uk
- Once you have received your PO please complete the online registration form, including the billing details as stated on the PO and ensuring you complete the PO Number field on the booking form so your organisation is able to reconcile the invoice for a swift payment.
- After submitting your booking, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your invoice attached. It is your responsibility to forward the invoice on to your finance department. (Please check your junk folder if you do not receive your confirmation email).
- Our payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice.
Should we have not received the payment by this time, you will be
contacted for an update on the payment status.
Payment can also be made at the time of booking via a credit or debit card.
